As I wrote back in the summer of 2020: Blue Lotus will never close again, until WE decide to. I will be open, unless I myself am ill of course.
“Section 26 General powers subordinate to Bill of Rights — Laws contrary thereto
To guard against transgression of the high powers which we have delegated, We
Declare that every thing in this Bill of Rights is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate; and all laws contrary thereto, or contrary to this Constitution, shall be void.
Text as Ratified on: August 3, 1891, and revised September 28, 1891.
History: Not yet amended.”
Obey the Law of the land, not despots. (His EO in March cited a law from 1998 that violates 8 sections of the Bill of Rights. Section 26 makes that law void, immediately.)
