Generally speaking, the way things are usually measured is by “flu seasons” which, of course, ended in May… during Corona’s decline as an epidemic. So what do we do with the “second wave”? Well while there was a dry season surge, actually it was not epidemic, it was a moderate increase. It had nowhere near the infection rate velocity that March had. We can see that by the continual slide downwards in death rate per infection. Of course, most of that is simply preventing corona cases from entering nursing homes.
My recommendations are the same as before: treat dryness with the herbs, and observe hand-washing and good flu practices, most importantly during dry seasons. There will be a big dry season in September to October and I expect a “third wave” to go with it, as dryness is how it happens. But the expectation is a continual slide downward to irrelevance, as far as epidemics go, and other SARS and flus and various viruses will become more important again.
