Pain is usually: physical (chronic or acute trauma), psychosomatic, referral, or undefined. Undefined pain needs a long discourse of its own. But separately there are two categories, Du (toxin) and Gu (parasite syndrome) which are under-diagnosed everywhere.
Du is like rust on your truck. It crawls underneath the paint and spreads, getting everywhere. It is non conscious, so it has only a minor effect on the mind, but the repeated trauma it creates can be jarring. It comes from unexcreted poisons, heavy metals, toxic chemical exposure (as the body defines it, not the CDC), and effects people differently.
Gu, however, has a marked long term effect upon the digestive system, consciousness, and life’s conditions. Both affect life, via the pain pathway. But Gu actually creates bad fortunes.
Both are treatable basically only with Chinese medicine. For if biomedicine could treat Gu they would not call it “mental worms.” And if they don’t get enough results (such as 5 Lyme markers), they won’t keep prescribing antibiotics.
Pain in these categories is usually years to decades in the making. By the time most people come in, the condition is far advanced. One US Marine saw me for abdominal pains that started with exposure to Giardiasis in Iraq in 2003. This was 2015. The condition was pretty far advanced by then. Only the herbs and diet changes really treat Gu.
As for pain due to toxic spreading, of course the west has amputation, and steroids, but that’s about it. In our medicine we use acupuncture, moxa, and cupping to remove Du where possible, but more or less we have to stimulate the body to spontaneously eject Du. This is not a fast process. Neither are.
If you’re concerned about either of these vectors, please go online and schedule an “herbal consult,” today. And let’s talk about it!
