I hear from people a lot that they want to “deal with depression” or “harmonize” or “fix their energy” etc. I hear that they want Balance. To achieve this, is not to find some standing point where you can stay in homeostasis forever. But let’s give something more practical. First is the HEALTH and OWNERS acronyms. The second is the 5 Elements of Health!
Alternative (to meds and surgery)
If you want balance, seek healthcare, not sickcare. That’s #1
Secondly, let’s talk about you becoming OWNERS of your HEALTH:
Oxygen – you need to breathe right.
Water – you need clean water.
Nutrition – you are what you eat (5 Element Diet will be the next blog)
Energy – do you rely on caffeine?
Rest – do you keep a sabbath of your time?
Self – do you grow and develop yourself and invest in YOU?
5 Elements of Health
To do this, you really need the 5 Elements of Health:
- Spiritual – this is the top, and now we know it is hard wired into us.
- Mental – the mind is the Essential
- Physical – What most people come here for
- Fiscal – your “green Qi” is part of your health and essence!
- Social – you need people, and after COVID… this may be the worst part of everyone’s health.
